Complaints Procedure
If something has gone wrong, tell us. We would rather hear about it than not.
This page is a template. It reflects how TalentSponsor is built, but it must be reviewed and completed by a qualified adviser before publication.

How to complain
Email [complaints address], or use the report link on any vacancy. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. You do not need an account to complain.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
- We investigate and respond substantively within 20 working days
- If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer
- We tell you what we found and what we are doing about it
If you are not satisfied
You can ask for the outcome to be reviewed by someone who was not involved. For data protection complaints you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. For employment agency matters you can contact the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.
Reporting a suspicious vacancy or approach
We never ask candidates to pay for a job, a match, a placement or an introduction. If anyone claiming to represent TalentSponsor asks you for a fee, report it immediately.
