I’m Nidhin Sajeev, founder of TalentSponsor Global. Through my work building Zia Hospitality Group, operating businesses including Zia Pizza and The Lamb on the Strand, and developing MasterOps Technologies, I have experienced the responsibility of running businesses and building teams. Recruitment is not just about filling a vacancy. The right match matters to the employer, the employee and everyone depending on them.
TalentSponsor began with a concern I could not ignore: people willing to spend substantial amounts to secure an opportunity abroad, yet unsure whether the employer, vacancy or promises were genuine. At the same time, employers need reliable people but do not always have the time or resources to find them. I wanted to build a business that connects those needs with greater care, clarity and accountability.
That is why we are developing TalentSponsor Global alongside The Sponsor Finder. TalentSponsor focuses on recruitment relationships and practical support for candidates, employers and aspiring business owners. The Sponsor Finder (opens in a new tab) is our separate job-search platform, designed to help people research opportunities more confidently. Our purpose is not to sell certainty. It is to help people understand their options, prepare properly and pursue genuine opportunities.
We are building from Birmingham, with enquiry support in Hyderabad and an ambition to develop stronger international connections. But growth alone is not the goal. I want TalentSponsor to be known for clear communication, transparent services and the confidence to say when something is not suitable. We cannot promise every person a job, a visa or a successful business. What we can commit to is taking their ambitions seriously—and being honest about the work needed to move forward.
