TalentSponsor is a UK recruitment business. We exist because the gap between “this employer holds a sponsor licence” and “this job is sponsored” costs candidates real money, and almost nobody labels it clearly.
How we are paid
Employers pay us. Candidates do not. We think that is the only arrangement under which we can be trusted to tell a candidate that a vacancy is not sponsored.
What we verify
- That the employer exists and the contact works there
- Whether the organisation appears on the published sponsor register
- What the advert itself says about sponsorship
- That we re-check labels rather than letting them age quietly
Our limits, stated plainly
We do not issue visas or Certificates of Sponsorship. We do not guarantee employment or sponsorship. We do not give regulated immigration advice. Anyone who tells you a recruitment agency can promise you a visa is either mistaken or not being straight with you.
